On behalf of the Baldwin Wallace Sport Management Program, we would like to invite you to participate in the program’s Kick-It event on Sunday, April 24th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m at George Finnie Stadium. Kick-It and Baldwin Wallace have had a close relationship over the past few years and has been extremely beneficial for both parties.
The event on April 24th will be a kickball tournament hosted by the 2016 Spring Capstone class in Sport Management. The class hosts the event to gain experience in event management, sponsorship, and marketing. The class goal is to raise $5,000 towards pediatric cancer research.
As part of the event, we would like to have your company involved in the event in some way, shape, or form. First, you may enter a team into the tournament. Eight players at a minimum are needed to field a team as this could be a great team bonding opportunity for you and your employees. Second, we will have signage opportunities made available at the event and on flyers leading up to the event. We would have to further conversations in this regard to find what is best for your company and our space availability. Lastly, any monetary, gift card, prize, or food donation you may be able to make would be greatly appreciated.
We hope to have teams finalized by April 20th so please feel free to sign up through kick-it.org (search ‘Kick-It 5000’) or ask any questions to Billy Vaccariello at [email protected] or (330)416-5099. We hope you and your company will join Baldwin Wallace and Kick-It to help fight pediatric cancer.
